バリ島の自然から生み出される環境にも自然にも優しい草木染め
5つの植物を組み合わせることでさまざまな色を作り出すことができる草木染め。
loveka.の洋服はバリ島の自然を生かした草木染めによって染色されています。
毎日着る洋服だからこそ、身体にも優しく100%ナチュラルなもので。
通常の染色方法とは違い、全てナチュラルでできているので、色が出来上がるまでにたくさんの工程と時間がかかります。
そして職人さんたちの手作業により暖かく優しい色が生まれます。
環境にも配慮した仕組みになっているので自然にも優しいのも素敵です。
indigoは藍色、青
mangoは黄色
mahoganyは茶色
ketapang黒色
Sepangは赤色
葉を刻み、乾燥させ、7～8時間煮出してカラーエキスを得るというものです。
それでも、葉は入手しやすいこと、色を抽出しやすいこと、木を伐採する必要がなく生育が可能であること、葉くずを堆肥として利用できることなどから、草木染めの主原料として使用されています。
染色後に流れる水の処理も独自のシステムで環境に配慮した浄化システムを作っています。
【草木染めのお手入れ方法】
草木染めは日差しに弱いので、日差しを浴びると色が変化します。
化学染料を一切使用せず100％ナチュラルの為、時間と共に色の変化を楽しむ事ができるのも草木染めならではです。
その色の変化も洋服を育てる感覚で楽しんでいただきたいです。
- 洗濯して干すときは、直射日光に当てず陰干ししてください。乾いたら暗い風通しのよいところで保管してください。裏返して保管していただいても良いです。
- 手洗いがオススメですが、洗濯機で洗うときはネットに入れて弱流水で洗ってください。その際裏返して洗うのがオススメです）
- アルカリ性に弱いので（お酢、果実等）洗剤もアルカリ性でなく、中性洗剤を使用してください
- 漂白剤は使用しないでください
- 色移りの可能性があるので単品洗いをオススメします（最初の2、3回は特に色が落ちやすいです）
- アイロンをかける際は、裏返して低温にし、当て布をしてかけてください。

The leaves are chopped, dried, and boiled for 7-8 hours to obtain the color extract.
Nevertheless, the leaves are used as the main raw material for herb dyeing because they are readily available, the color is easily extracted, the trees can be grown without the need to cut them down, and leaf litter can be used as compost.
We have also created an environmentally friendly purification system with our own unique system for treating the water that flows after dyeing.
【How to take care】
Since natural dyeing is sensitive to sunlight, the color changes when exposed to sunlight.
Because it is 100% natural and does not use any chemical dyes, it is possible to enjoy the color changes over time, which is also possible only with natural dyeing.
We hope you will enjoy the color change as if you were growing clothes.
- When washing and drying, please hang them in the shade, not in direct sunlight.
- Once dry, store in a dark, well-ventilated place.
- Hand washing is recommended, but when machine washing, please put it in a net and wash it under low running water. (We recommend turning the garment inside out when washing.)
- Since the garment is sensitive to alkaline (vinegar, fruit, etc.), please use a neutral detergent, not alkaline.)
- When ironing, turn the garment inside out at a low temperature and apply a cloth to the garment.
